Conference Overview

InnoVision 2025 marks the inception of a visionary academic alliance uniting Sanjivani University (India), MESOS Business School (France) and GBSB Global Business School (Spain) in a pioneering Indo-European collaboration. As the first initiative of its kind, the conference reflects a shared commitment between European and Indian institutions to advance cross-border academic dialogue and co-create solutions for the future of business and society. This inaugural edition—designed as a one-day hybrid event—is not only a celebration of this tripartite partnership but also the first chapter in what is envisioned as a sustained annual forum for idea exchange between scholars, practitioners, and institutions from Europe and India. Rooted in mutual respect, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative ambition, InnoVision aspires to become a signature platform for meaningful engagement and long-term academic diplomacy.

The 2025 theme, “Shaping the Future of Business: Innovation, Sustainability, and Inclusive Growth,” invites rigorous exploration of the multidimensional challenges and opportunities emerging at the intersection of business transformation, social responsibility, and technological evolution. The conference will bring together a diverse constellation of voices—researchers, thought leaders, educators, policymakers, and industry experts—united by a shared interest in fostering resilient economies, ethical leadership, and inclusive development. By championing Indo-European collaboration and advancing interdisciplinary research, InnoVision 2025 sets the stage for new global dialogues that transcend borders, disciplines, and generations.
