Author Guidelines

Researchers, professionals, and specialists, as well as PhD and DBA candidates in all areas of business and management are invited to submit papers to this journal. All submissions will be screened by an editor to determine whether they fit the scope of this journal. Those that are deemed to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before a decision is made to accept or reject them.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet formatting criteria and minimum quality standards. Before submitting, please ensure that your arguments are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be concise yet able to stand on its own. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

The journal comprises two sections: Research Articles and Managerial Perspectives. Section placement of accepted submissions is determined by the editor during the review process.

Submission are to be uploaded only in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). All manuscripts must use the designated template to ensure consistency and proper formatting. 

Tables and figures should not be included directly in the main manuscript file. Instead, refer to them in the text (e.g., “see Table 1 in Appendix”) and include them in a separate appendix document, also in Microsoft Word format and using the designated template.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following basic requirements:

  • The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish any included images, datasets, or third-party material.
  • The manuscript does not rely heavily on AI-generated content. Any use of AI tools must be acknowledged and limited to supporting to supportive tasks such as language editing, formatting, or ideas organization. The core intellectual contribution must remain the author’s own.
  • The submission adheres to ethical research and authorship standards, including originality and minimal plagiarism.
  • All references and citations are accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
  • Tables and figures are clearly numbered, labeled, and referred to in the text, but must be included in the appendix file, not within the main manuscript.
  • Both the manuscript and appendix files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and using the designated templates.

By submitting, authors confirm that these conditions have been met.

Research Articles

This section features applied research-based contributions that apply established research methods to address real-world challenges. These contributions aims to provide evidence-based insights with practical relevance.

Managerial Perspectives

This section is dedicated to critical assessments, reflective essays, and commentary on current trends, practices, and issues in management. These contributions offers general knowledge and value to professionals and decision-makers.

The names and email addresses provided on this journal site will be used solely for the purposes of journal communication and related operations.
